We, HouseRep Tokyo Inc., started as a real estate agency specialized in only the rental market of luxury properties for foreigner clients. Then, as we worked with so many clients and handled wide variety of arrangements to fulfill all different kinds of requests, such experiences have actually given us chances to expand the business and now we cover various services like “Real Estate Sales Brokerage”, “Planning of renovating properties”, “Property Management”, “Assisting Tenants for all kinds of arrangements at banks, the government offices, etc.”, “Acting as a Tax Manager for foreigner investors”, and so on.

I jumped into this real estate business field over 20 years ago by experiences which I was impressed with other people’s kind help during studied abroad and lived overseas as an expat. The real estate market in Japan back then, except only a few luxury rental properties designed and built especially for rich executive expats, there were a huge language barrier and prejudice against different culture. I often saw many landlords and tenants who were suffering from some serious troubles, occurred by lack of understanding and misunderstanding each other.

We, HouseRep Tokyo Inc., are to bridge the gap between foreigner clients, who are not still used to the Japanese’s culture or lifestyle, and property owners, who feel uneasy to communicate with foreigners. We try our best to take care of removing all kinds of concerns from both parties.
